5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Maison Fleurette is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
6. Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
- Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
